This course will introduce the student to the profession of Physical and Occupational therapy

Explore the practices and principles in the healthcare field of the therapist 

Participate in clinical observations under direct supervision of a licensed physical and/or occupational therapist 

Gain an understanding of rehabilitative care throughout the lifespan of the client

Develop leadership, interpersonal and career skills 

Explore interests related to high quality work based learning opportunities in the various fields of study that may be sought after successfully completing the course
