• Study medical terminology, disease, infection control, and basic nursing skills

• Provide nursing care to clients in long term care facilities

• Serves as a member of the health care team by assisting the nurse in hospitals, long term care, and assisted living

Students who successfully complete both courses/semesters (#8360 & #8362) have the opportunity to sit for the Nurse Aide State Board Certification
